Michaela (she/they) grew up in West Texas and is pursuing a combined JD-PhD in law and Geography at UC Davis, studying Environmental Justice. Michaela is also a poet and yoga practitioner, and you can find them seeking joy through karaoke, deep conversation, cake and the color purple.
